At Alyra Skin, we are dedicated to delivering your order as efficiently and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processing times, delivery estimates, and protocols regarding international shipments.
1. Order Processing
Please note that processing time is different from shipping time.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.
- High Volume: During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your package and the destination.
Standard Delivery
- Estimated Time: 5–7 working days.
- Cost: Calculated at checkout (Free shipping may apply on orders over a certain threshold).
Express Delivery
- Estimated Time: 2–4 working days.
- Cost: Calculated at checkout.
*Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.
3. International Shipping & Customs Duties
We ship to the majority of countries worldwide. For international orders, please be aware of the following terms:
- Duties & Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Alyra Skin is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer as the importer of record.
- Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
4. Order Tracking
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Alyra Skin is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping costs.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Alyra Skin is not liable for packages stated as delivered by the courier but reported lost or stolen. In such cases, please contact the courier directly to file a claim using your tracking number.
